圣诞特辑2 --- The Bierhaus
The Bierhaus,
is the only German Bistro & Bar in JB, so
it is quite popular in town. Recently, their second branch has just opened at Taman Sentosa . For those who have not try German
Food before, u are encouraged to visit here to try the German style
food especially during the Christmas season~ (cos im doing
christmas special edition LOL)

specially recommend this restaurant because I think this restaurant
is quite suitable to be visited with ur family, friends and colleagues at anytime.
Also, The Bierhaus is well known by their famous dishes Pork Knuckles and
German Beer. So, I am sure that u all will enjoy their signature dishes and
their atmosphere. For this post, I had been to their first branch which located
at Daiman Bowl in Taman Johor Jaya with my family.
We choose to sit outside the shop because it is
a non smoking area.
German Pork Knuckle

Their signature dish, German Pork Knuckle is really
CRISPY!!! For those who really like to eat crispy food, I’m sure the crackly
skin must be ur favorite part of pork knuckles and the fats were still juicy.
For me, I'm a healthy eater so I think it is still taste wise; just felt that
it is lightly salty. This must be shared by a few people or else I do not think
u can finish all by urself.
Other than that, it served with
mashed potatoes and sour onion to remove the oily of the pork as well as soothe
ur appetite.

I really like the crust of the pizza;
it is so thin and crispy!! It makes me my mouth watering again LOL
Breakfast Set
I do not think this breakfast set is worth to order as it is so
simple that anyone could do. I know the reason why the manager keep recommending
us to order this because she want us to try their German sausages but it is
really salty for us, not recommended at all~~

The spaghetti is quite nice and full of seafood! Worth to order it
:)
Overall, The Bierhaus is a good place to chill out with friends over good pork knuckle and beer
(especially for all beer fans) although their other dishes just taste
normal only. However, I think their signature dishes and atmosphere is enough
to satisfy the cravings for all German food fans.
