So sad that Miss Bom need to work on Sunday ya, but felt so good that I can have the breakfast date with my big bro and my cousin, as both of them are going back to KL and Sarawak to study, gonna miss them very much!!!

This early morning, Miss Bom brought them to try the famous hanainese breakfast shop located at Jalan Tan Hiok Nee which named Restoran Kin Hua, it has been operating for more than half century! Miss Bom always prefer traditional coffee shop in term of traditional taste and atmosphere, felt so warm and relax whenever I visit it.
今天一大清早，就带他们到位于市区中充满怀旧风情的陈旭年老街那里，享用锦华茶餐室的早餐，这是一间已经营业超过半个世纪远久的传统海南早餐店。Miss Bom 真的很喜欢有传统风味的咖啡店，总觉得很有温馨和放松的感觉

There is a small "gerai" at the corner that offer a variety of choices for breakfast, such as Mee Siam, Mee Goreng, Cha Kuay Tiao, Fried Meehoon and nyonya kueh!

You can see two boys are really enjoying their breakfast! LOL

After filling our stomach, we went for a walk around Jalan Tan Hiok Nee Street.

After "browsing" around the street, there is another shop that U can't miss which is the famous Hiap Joo Bakery & Biscuit Factory, it has been operating for many years and it is still a all-time favorite roti shop for all the JBrian!
逛完老街后，还有一间你不能错过的百年面包老店，协裕面包西菓厂！他依然是新山人爱光顾的面包店
You must be early so that u will not miss the chance to grab their famous traditional Banana cake. Their coconut roti is running fast too but it will only out at 12pm! the shop will be extremely crowded when the roti out for sale, make sure u r ready to grab it fast XD
想要尝尝他们鼎鼎大名的香蕉蛋糕一定要早这样你就一定可以买到。他们的椰丝包也是销售的很快但是只在12点后出炉！那个时间店里会特别的多人，所以做好准备来抢购吧哈哈XD
The banana cakes smell really good, definitely not the kind of smell that added the banana essence!!! and the cake is moist and soft. Use oven to reheat it will taste even better! :)
FYI, Hiap Joo bakery using charcoal to bake instead of normal oven.
香蕉蛋糕真的很香而且不是那种加了香精的香！蛋糕真的很松软，一点都不干。当你要吃的时候，用烤炉稍微烤一下下会更好吃！
还有协裕的面包蛋糕都是用火炭烤的哦！
It is so rare to see the old styles shop can still be retained the old style after so many years. So, we must always cherish and appreciate that all those old property can still always be remained and retained well. Hope that it can be maintained perfectly for our next generation and they will still get a chance to experience the transition of Old and New Johor Bahru style.
在繁忙的城市里难得可以见到的古老式建筑店铺，真的很感谢这些建筑物依然被保留的很好。所以我们要珍惜及保护它，让我们的下一代一直可以体验到这拥有新旧交替的新山
